The event opening the Rethinking Cafe cycle is a panel discussion focusing on two extraordinary women who will talk about how the experience of being a refugee can have an impact on building peace.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Anna Wilczyńska from Salam Lab and the guests are Anita Dolly Panek – a Brazilian biochemist of Polish-Jewish origin, and Riim Shalhoub, a Syrian refugee from the Druze minority living in Krakow.
