I am a 30 year-old lawyer but my real passion is music. I am a vinyl collector, a Program Director of the local radio station in Slovakia (Radio Piestany) and an occasional DJ who delights listeners with mixes of Jazz, Soul, eclectic Electronic Music, Funk, Latin, World Music, Hip Hop… in short, an incredibly diverse array of genres.

Over the years, I have been drawn by music and deeply fascinated by its former ethnic background. I have been looking for unconventional sounds in different parts of the world and bringing them to my listeners. I have had the opportunity to meet musicians and music lovers from all over the globe which has resulted in many beautiful friendships. I have managed to get almost 100 000 followers on Mixcloud where you can listen to rare grooves and sounds from my vinyl collection.

During my lecture, I will invite you to join me on a musical journey – from Arabic countries and Turkey, through Asia and the Far East to South America. At a time of restricted travel, we’ll explore the world together through music and stories.
